My Experience with Bobby's Myth
My experience with creating my own myth was very fun and insightful. I have really admired the study of mythology, so being able to craft my own was a new way of enjoying the realm of mythology. What I found to be interesting was the way that one must think when creating a myth. For my myth, I discussed how bobbleheads were created. I had to come up with a story that was interesting enough to keep the reader entertained while being clever enough to have it make sense (while feeling organic and not forced). I feel that overall, I did a good job of that, but it definitely took a while to get it to my liking. I think that creating the myth and reading the myth differ for the main reason that one is consumption and the other is creation. While that is a bit obvious, it is hard not to mention it because that is exactly what comes to mind.
